Smart Travelling
Smart Travelling was born in 2002 out of several shoeboxes full of business cards that Nicola Bramigk and Nancy Bachmann had gathered over time. The collection has now grown into over 50 books bursting with authentic and out-of-the-ordinary tips. Studio Mahr did the art direction for the books 66 Perfekte Hotels and 99 Perfekte Restaurants, a curated series of favorite hotels and restaurants from the Smart Travelling book series brought out by Süddeutsche Zeitung Verlag. Carefully selected pictures in combination with a personal quote portray places that tell their own stories, highlighting what makes them authentic and special.
