Grisebach Journal

The annually published format Das Journal of the renowned German auction house Grisebach previews the highlights of upcoming auctions, generating an additional layer of associated content. Contributors such as Georg Baselitz, Botho Strauß, Ronja von Rönne, and Martin Walser are commissioned to develop reflective but autonomous text formats that supersede the traditional role of art criticism. Studio Mahr has been responsible for the art direction and design of the journal.
