Galerie Herold

Galerie Herold specializes in paintings by north German Impressionists and Expressionists as well as selected contemporary artists. Established by Rainer Herold in Hamburg in 1978, the family-run gallery now also has showrooms in Keitum and Kampen on the island of Sylt. Studio Mahr was brought in to rework the gallery’s corporate design. We sought to preserve the traditional aesthetic and translate it into a contemporary visual idiom.
